How we handle your information
Barzin Technologies, Inc., Texas, USA · last updated 23 October 2026
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation, aircraft and message.
- FlightCloud registration: your name, work email, organisation, role, country, aircraft, intended use, and your agreement to this notice. We also record the country our content delivery network detects for your connection.
- We do not store your IP address with these records, we use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our servers do not keep access logs of visitors. The FlightCloud page keeps a small access pass in your browser's local storage so you stay registered.
Why
- To answer your enquiry and to give you access to the FlightCloud demo.
- To decide on early access to FlightCloud. Our products are subject to U.S. export regulations, so we review who registers, from where, and for what use.
- To contact you about FlightCloud, if you agreed to that when registering. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your information is stored on our server in the United States (Amazon Web Services, Oregon region) and sent to us by email through Amazon's email service. Only Barzin Technologies staff can read it. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
How long
We keep enquiries and registrations for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Records we must keep for export-control compliance may be kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact form and say what you would like; we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
